    • Its a UNT showcase to introduce everyone to each other and build interest for a Comics Studies minor (eventually). This is more or less a test-drive, but there is solid interest into turning it into a yearly conference-style event! Lining up our guest speaker now and ironing-out details, will keep you posted!

    • Panel of UNT faculty who integrate Comics Studies in classes
    5:30-6:30 – Free screening of documentary “Comic Book Literacy”
    • followed by Q&A with director Todd Kent

    • Panel that highlights the (cross)cultural aspects of comics
